Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sharp, platform-specific content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Craft high-impact, original content (copy, creatives, short-form video ideas) aligned with brand tone and business goals.
• Manage the content calendar, scheduling, and timely execution of campaigns and daily posts.
• Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build a meaningful online community.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and optimize content based on data.
• Coordinate with design, video, marketing, and leadership teams for cohesive storytelling.
• Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands (ideally in B2B, startup, or lifestyle domains).
• Strong grasp of platform dynamics, content formats, and audience behavior across major channels.
• Excellent copywriting skills — you know how to write sharp, engaging captions that convert.
• Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adapt content strategy accordingly.
• A great eye for visuals, trends, and what makes content share-worthy.
