Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and elevate our brand's presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in content creation, audience engagement, and performance analytics to drive meaningful growth and community building.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).
• Plan and maintain social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely content publishing.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insightful reports using analytics tools to measure content success and inform strategy.
• Actively engage with online communities by responding to comments, direct messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—including content creators, designers, and marketing leads—to produce integrated campaigns.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, platform updates, and emerging tools in the social media landscape.
• Execute paid advertising campaigns across social platforms, optimizing for engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and recommend strategy improvements based on market insights.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably with portfolio/examples.
• Deep understanding of major social platforms and their best practices.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong attention to detail and creative flair.
