Social Media Manager and Content Creator

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Content Writer to manage our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement — crafting content that is both creative and impactful while managing social media campaigns end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop engaging, original content for social media posts, blogs, website, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Create and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Research industry trends, hashtags, and audience preferences to generate fresh ideas.
• Write SEO-friendly blogs, captions, and ad copies to boost engagement and visibility.

Social Media Management

• Handle brand presence across platforms — LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Plan, schedule, and post content regularly using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing content.
• Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and optimize strategies for better results.
• Run paid campaigns (if required) and track ROI on ad spends.

Brand Voice & Community Engagement

• Maintain a consistent tone, style, and brand voice across all channels.
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly to nurture community engagement.
• Identify influencer or collaboration opportunities to expand brand reach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and content writing (portfolio preferred).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms (basic design sense preferred).
• Strong creativity, time management, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
