We are a Growing group running multiple ventures of Business Management Consulting, Travel & Clothing. Our goal is to build a strong and consistent online presence for each business. We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing & Content Manager to take charge of building and managing our online presence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning · Take time to understand each of our businesses — what we do, who our customers are, and what image we want to build online · Plan how each brand should show up on social media and websites (style, message, and goals will differ for fashion, travel, consultancy, and personal branding) · Prepare a content plan every month that shows what we’ll post, when, and why · Set clear goals for each venture (e.g., increase sales for fashion, get travel leads, build trust for consultancy, grow personal profiles for partners) · Make sure every post, story, or website update supports these goals and looks consistent across platforms · Research what other successful brands in our industries are doing, and find ways to adapt ideas creatively · Suggest campaigns, partnerships, or content ideas that can bring attention or new customers · Track results such as growth in followers, engagement, website visits, and inquiries and share what’s working and what needs change · Give simple reports and improvement plans regularly so we can see how our online image is growing 2. Execution & Implementation · Create, design, and post regular content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites including photos, videos, stories, and written posts · Write simple and engaging captions, blog posts, and website content that match our business goals · Keep the posting schedule consistent with no gaps or long silences · Reply to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media in a friendly and timely way · Update website content regularly, add new pages, blogs, or product listings when needed · Work & Coordinate with developers or website platforms to build a website, fix small issues and keep the site updated · Run small ad campaigns (Instagram, Meta, or Google) to promote new collections, travel packages, or consultancy services · Keep a close eye on what’s working, which posts perform well, what followers like, what brings business and adjust future content accordingly · Send a short weekly or monthly report showing what was done, what results came in, and what’s next 3. Qualifications & Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field · 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management · Proven ability to manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, and website presence · Strong content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, copywriting) using tools. · Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify) · Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices · Proficient in Google Analytics and social media analytics tools · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities 4. Preferred (Optional but Advantageous): · Certifications: Google Analytics, Content Marketing, Instagram Blueprint · Basic Website Maintenance · Experience managing paid ad campaigns (Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) · Basic HTML/CSS knowledge · Familiarity with brand strategy and reputation management 5.
