Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating engaging content for blogs, social media, and websites.
• Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Conduct research to support content development and ensure factual accuracy.
• Optimize content for search engines to increase visibility and reach.
• Assist in distributing content across various platforms and monitoring performance.
• Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visual content.
• Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely publication.
• Monitor content performance and provide reports on key metrics.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure content aligns with marketing strategies.
• Regularly update existing content to keep it relevant and accurate.
• Incorporate feedback from supervisors and stakeholders to improve content quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field (current students may also apply).
• Previous experience in content creation through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic graphic design skills is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to generate creative ideas and solutions.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze content performance and derive insights.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and work environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹11,519.83 - ₹20,000.00 per month
