Social Media Manager-Morning Shift(6:00am-3:00pm)
Mohali | Night Shift | 1+ Years Experience

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to join our team for the night shift. If you live and breathe social media, love engaging with online communities, and can manage brand voice independently during late hours, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and updating our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Creating, scheduling, and posting fresh, engaging content that connects with our audience.
  • Monitoring DMs, comments, and mentions—making sure our community always feels heard and valued.
  • Tracking performance metrics and preparing short reports to share with the team.
  • Coordinating with our day-shift team to keep messaging and campaigns consistent.
  • Staying on top of social media trends and suggesting new, creative ideas.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, human tone.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and deliver on deadlines.
  • Good understanding of analytics and engagement metrics.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Canva or similar tools.
  • Previous exposure to digital marketing or content creation.
