Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Marketing & Content Creator to manage our clients’ social media presence and create engaging content across platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content creation, copywriting, social media strategy, and basic design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Write creative captions, blogs, and ad copies aligned with brand voice.
• Design attractive posts, stories, and reels using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with the design & development team for creative campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
• Run and optimize social media campaigns (organic & paid).
• Analyze performance and prepare monthly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, hashtags, and growth strategies.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Google Ads (added advantage).
• Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos/Reels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
