Location: Vaishali Nagar
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Plan and schedule engaging content to align with campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc.
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and influencers for content execution.
Respond to DMs, comments, and create community engagement strategies.
Monitor competitors and trends to ensure brand stays relevant and visible.
Track KPIs: growth, engagement rate, reach, CTR, etc.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management
Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and scheduling tools
Excellent written and verbal communication (English + Hindi preferred)
Creative mindset with branding consistency
Bonus: Knowledge of paid ads (Meta/Google), SEO, and influencer collaboration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,092.82 - ₹41,013.24 per month
