Social Media & Employer Brand Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content that highlights company culture, employee stories, and business achievements.
• Collaborate with recruiting and internal teams to support hiring campaigns and promote open roles.
• Track analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and continuously refine strategies for growth and engagement.
• Manage our online reputation and ensure consistent messaging across all social channels.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in employer branding.
• Support digital advertising and content planning for recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or employer branding.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and campaign management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Proven ability to create and manage engaging content tailored to professional audiences.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with HR or recruiting teams is a plus.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
