Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and managing content across all social platforms. The ideal candidate should be both strategic and hands-on—able to design graphics, create engaging videos, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with AcadAlly’s vision and goals.
Create engaging, platform-specific content including graphics, reels, and videos.
Design visuals (posts, infographics, ads, stories) consistent with brand identity.
Manage and schedule content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize content to drive growth and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches and initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Engage with the community by responding to comments, queries, and feedback.
Requirements
2–3 years of proven experience in social media management.
Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).
Proficiency in video creation and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in running paid ad campaigns.
Basic photography skills.
Prior experience in edtech or education-related industries.
