Were now looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and help shape data-driven decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to identify and analyze business challenges and opportunities.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze product usage, student engagement metrics, and platform performance data to support business decisions.
Create dashboards and generate reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar.
Conduct market and competitor research to support product and growth strategies.
Translate data insights into clear recommendations and help prioritize business actions.
Support in preparing business presentations and strategic & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in an EdTech or SaaS company).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with SQL is a plus.
Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
Good understanding of KPIs, user funnels, and product metrics.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
