Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with occasional content for Twitter (X).
• Create high-quality, platform-specific content (posts, reels, videos, stories) tailored to automotive and electric vehicle (EV) audiences.
• Write engaging

  scripts

  for videos, reels, and other content formats to showcase EVINDIA’s mission and products.
• Plan and manage a detailed

  content calendar

  to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with

  multiple content creators

  (e.g., influencers, YouTubers, Instagrammers) to design and execute joint campaigns that amplify EVINDIA’s reach.
• Communicate effectively with

  stakeholders

  (e.g., marketing team, designers, product managers, content creators, and external partners) to align content and campaigns with brand objectives.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and EV industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
• Analyse content performance using platform analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) to optimise strategies.
• Experiment with creative content formats to support EVINDIA’s high-growth trajectory.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in social media marketing, with expertise in managing

  Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

  accounts.
• Small experience or even

  interest

  in Twitter (X) is sufficient.
• Strong passion for automobiles and electric vehicles, with knowledge of industry trends and terminology.
• Proven ability to create compelling, platform-specific content (videos, reels, posts, etc.) that resonates with target audiences.
• Excellent

  scriptwriting skills

  for video and short-form content, with a flair for storytelling.
• Experience in

  content calendar management

  , ensuring strategic and timely posting.
• Strong

  communication skills

  to collaborate with content creators and diverse stakeholders for joint campaigns and brand alignment.
• Ability to manage multiple content creator partnerships and coordinate joint campaigns effectively.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Willingness to work

  in Ahmedabad.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
