Role Brief:

We are seeking a talented and Social Media Video Personality Intern to develop engaging and high-quality content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be expressive and confident in storytelling in the finance space. You will play a key role in shaping and growing our brand’s voice, increasing engagement, and driving audience growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and original content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Write compelling copy for posts, captions, ads, emails, and other digital content.
• Produce and edit videos, graphics, and other multimedia content.
• Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics.
• Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to optimize content.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations.
• Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, content formats, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven internship as Social Media Content Creator or similar role preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Completed a Graduate degree in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), or a related field.
