Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed market and competitor research in pharma and healthcare.
• Assist in setting up and standardizing digital infrastructure, including creating and managing accounts across professional and social platforms.
• Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms (spreadsheets, dashboards, reports) for digital campaigns and sales activities.
• Research and recommend tools and technologies (analytics, CRM, content scheduling, etc.) to support digital operations.
• Provide day-to-day operational assistance for digital branding and sales workflows.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the team’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree. Exceptional 11th/12th grade students may also be considered.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Basic knowledge of digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace; exposure to CRM or analytics tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Diligent with a strong work ethic and accountability
