Role: Product Manager Intern (eKYC & Digital Onboarding) Job Location: MintoPark, Kolkata/ Worli, Mumbai Duration: 3 – 6 months Stipend: INR 5,000 – 10,000 per month Role Brief: We are looking for a motivated Digital Onboarding Product Manager Intern to support the development of our e-KYC processes within Dhanush, our trading platform. You will work with product, tech, and compliance teams to help streamline client onboarding through API integration, UI enhancements, and regulatory alignment. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about product management in fintech, ideal for candidates with a strong interest in technology and the stock market . Role Responsibilities: Assist in Strategic Planning: Support the team in researching and developing strategies for digital onboarding and e-KYC processes, including API usage and onboarding flows. Support Product Development: Collaborate with product managers and developers to help define, document, and test enhancements to the digital onboarding journey on Dhanush. API Integration Coordination : Learn about third-party API providers and assist in the integration process by coordinating between internal teams and vendors. User Experience Improvement: Participate in user research and help analyse onboarding pain points to contribute to creating a smoother, more user-friendly experience. Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about basic e-KYC and compliance standards and ensure that our digital onboarding platform remains compliant at all times. Data Privacy Awareness: Understand the importance of data security in financial applications and support the team in implementing safe data practices. Performance Tracking: Help track KPIs and metrics related to user onboarding; assist in creating reports and dashboards to present findings. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside various departments like IT, compliance, and customer support to understand the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle and assist in project coordination. Eligibility Criteria: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in product management, fintech, and digital onboarding solutions. Basic knowledge of e-KYC and regulatory compliance (prior exposure is a plus, but not mandatory). Familiarity with APIs or digital platforms is an advantage. Good organisational and time management skills, with a collaborative and self-motivated approach. Curiosity and problem-solving mindset with a desire to improve digital customer journeys. Candidates with a genuine interest in the stock market or financial services will be given preference.
