The Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily ecommerce operations, ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and liaising with different departments to optimize delivery schedules. Other duties include analyzing sales data, tracking metrics to identify areas for improvement, coordinating with the customer service team to resolve any issues, and implementing best practices for ecommerce operations. The Executive will also collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and align them with operational capabilities. The Social Media Management Intern will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, coordinating with the agencies, build engaging content with influencers, creating engaging content, optimizing social media platforms, and monitoring social media accounts. Daily tasks include collaborating with the agencies, writing content for various social media platforms, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.
