Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Executive Ecommerce Operations. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily ecommerce operations, ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and liaising with different departments to optimize delivery schedules. Other duties include analyzing sales data, tracking metrics to identify areas for improvement, coordinating with the customer service team to resolve any issues, and implementing best practices for ecommerce operations. The Executive will also collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and align them with operational capabilities.

• Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
• Effective Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruppur
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
• Experience working in ecommerce in D2C and Marketplaces
