Role Overview
We’re looking for a
creative, strategy-driven Social Media Executive
to shape the digital voice of two vibrant lifestyle brands. If you're someone who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content, spot trends before they go mainstream, and build communities that genuinely engage — this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
✨ Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
- Build monthly content calendars that reflect brand personality and marketing goals.
- Create high-quality, trend-led content (reels, videos, carousels, stories, GIFs).
- Maintain consistent brand tonality, visual identity, and storytelling.
✨ Community Building & Management
- Actively engage with followers through comments, DMs, and interactions.
- Grow a loyal community that resonates with the brand.
✨ Influencer Marketing & Digital Campaigns
- Plan influencer partnerships, contests, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with creators, agencies, photographers, and videographers.
- Drive meaningful engagement and measurable campaign outcomes.
✨ Events & On-Ground Activations
- Bring events, launches, and pop-ups to life through real-time content.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments and convert them into viral-worthy stories.
✨ Analytics, Reporting & Growth Optimization
- Track performance KPIs — reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions.
- Share insights and recommendations to continuously improve content strategy.
✨ Budgets & Vendor Coordination
- Manage influencer budgets, paid promotions, and content production costs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for shoot planning and execution.
What We're Looking For
- 4–9 years of hands-on experience managing social media for F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong command of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (bonus if you know trending platforms).
- Deep understanding of social trends, analytics tools, and influencer ecosystems.
- Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, and short-form video editing tools.
- A creative mind with great writing, visual judgment, and storytelling instincts.
- Ability to seamlessly manage content for two brands without compromising quality.
