About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Management Intern to join our team at Tangle. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about digital storytelling, understands how brands communicate online, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in managing social media, campaigns, and content creation.

You’ll collaborate with our internal teams to plan, execute, and monitor engaging digital campaigns that strengthen brand presence across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging copy and posting content across social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent brand communication.
• Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) by monitoring brand mentions, comments, and community engagement.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting key insights and growth metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
• Understand client briefs and collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to develop impactful social media ideas.
• Support in presenting creative concepts, collecting client feedback, and finalizing campaign directions.
• Participate in on-site shoots — assist with planning, execution, and coordination to capture high-quality photo and video content for social media.
• Monitor competitor brands to identify trends and opportunities that help shape TCN’s digital strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and viral moments, and help integrate them into the brand’s communication.
• Identify and leverage topical and trending opportunities that align with the brand’s tone and audience interests.
• Review and provide feedback on creative assets to maintain consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Conduct research on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter) to stay informed about best practices and audience behavior.
• Understand the target audience and assist in crafting content that resonates and drives engagement.
• Maintain and regularly update Job Status Reports (JSRs) to track progress and ensure all deliverables are on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative eye for detail.
• Proficiency in content planning, caption writing, and basic visual coordination.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage campaign deliverables efficiently.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn about brand communication strategies.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
