The Role

Social Media Intern


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning:

    Develop and maintain a monthly social media calendar that aligns with Ruvimo’s marketing goals and seasonal educational trends.
  • Daily Execution:

    Manage day-to-day posting across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), ensuring 100% consistency in brand voice and narrative.
  • Visual Storytelling:

    Use

    Canva

    (and other design tools) to create high-quality graphics, carousels, and short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) that resonate with parents and students.
  • Community Engagement:

    Actively monitor profiles, respond to comments/DMs in our signature empathetic and helpful brand voice, and foster a sense of community.
  • Brand Narrative:

    Ensure all communication reflects Ruvimo’s "Student-First" and "Parent-Level Care" philosophy.
  • Trend Monitoring:

    Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and educational news to keep our content fresh and relevant.


Requirements & Skills

  • Design Savvy:

    Expert-level knowledge of

    Canva

    is a must. Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or Premiere) is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional Writing:

    Strong command of English with the ability to write catchy captions and clear, professional copy.
  • Platform Mastery:

    In-depth understanding of how to optimize content for different platforms (knowing what works on LinkedIn vs. what trends on Instagram).
  • Consistency:

    A disciplined approach to "showing up" daily and maintaining the brand's aesthetic and tone.
  • Portfolio:

    A basic portfolio or links to previous social media work (even personal projects) is highly encouraged.
