Growth Marketing Lead

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end growth marketing and performance campaigns
• Own strategy and execution for international customer acquisition
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

• Build lead generation funnels and track key growth metrics
• Create scalable growth processes from scratch
• Work closely with product and content teams to align messaging and conversion

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads (non-negotiable)
• Experience driving growth for international audiences
• Startup mindset — proactive, independent, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Deep understanding of performance metrics, experimentation, and funnel optimization
• Experience or interest in the

  EdTech space

  is a plus
