About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and curious Social Media Intern who lives and breathes content. If you love being on set, brainstorming thumb-stopping ideas, writing crisp scripts, and building beautiful decks — this role is for you.

At Mélange Digital, you’ll get hands-on experience working on real campaigns, shoots, content calendars, and strategy documents for exciting brands across categories.

Roles and responsibilities

1. Content & Shoot Support

• Assist in pre-production planning, mood boards, and shot breakdowns.
• Help coordinate on-ground during photoshoots, video shoots, and UGC content sessions.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and help identify trending formats to recreate.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure output aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives.

2. Scriptwriting & Creative Ideation

• Draft scripts, dialogues, VO notes, and content outlines for videos and reels.
• Contribute fresh ideas for Reels, Trending content, social experiments, and brand storytelling.
• Research ongoing content trends and adapt them for brand-specific strategies.

3. Social Media & Strategy

• Support in structuring monthly content calendars—from concept to caption writing.
• Research competitor content, platform insights, and audience behavior.
• Assist in brainstorming social media strategies, campaign ideas, and engagement plans.
• Track trending formats, influencers, and platform updates across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

4. Deck & Presentation Creation

• Create and edit pitch decks, strategy decks, and campaign presentations.
• Organise visual references, case studies, and brand insights into clean, well-designed decks.
• Support in building client-facing documents that are visually appealing and easy to understand.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively
• Creative mindset and passion for storytelling
• Minimum 1 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
• Understanding of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and their latest trends.
• Ability to write clearly, creatively, and for digital-first audiences.
• Bonus: Skills in Canva, PowerPoint, or simple editing tools (CapCut, VN).
