Social Media Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

• Help create posts, images, videos, and stories for social media.
• Assist with scheduling and posting content.
• Collaborate on creative ideas and campaigns.

Social Media Monitoring & Engagement:

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Engage with followers to foster community and brand loyalty.
• Track and report on engagement and interactions.

Research & Trend Analysis:

• Research current social media trends and best practices.
• Analyse competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Identify relevant hashtags and keywords for visibility.

Performance Reporting:

• Collect and analyze data on reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Prepare performance reports and offer insights to improve strategies.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain and update social media profiles.
• Provide administrative support for campaigns and events.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in social media or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
• Technical Skills: Familiar with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite), Microsoft Office, and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, attention to detail.
• Organizational Skills: Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of social media metrics.

Preferred:

• Knowledge with social media advertising or campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Familiarity with video editing tools.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
