Key Responsibilities : Client Interaction & Sales Show properties to prospective clients and explain features, pricing, and benefits. Handle client communication through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. Assist in closing deals and maintaining follow-up communication. Lead Generation & Market Research Identify and build leads for buyers, sellers, and renters. Find property owners willing to list their houses. Maintain a pipeline of active leads and prospects. Field Work & Coordination Visit properties to collect details, photos, and owner information. Coordinate between clients and property owners for smooth visits.
