Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager/ Executive

What you’ll do:

• Own and execute social media strategy across Hyugalife’s platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, and other relevant channels)
• Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns — through direct outreach and/or via agency partners
• Identify, vet, and build long-term relationships with influencers aligned with Hyugalife's target audience
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to develop engaging posts, creatives, and video content
• Track, measure, and report social media and influencer campaign performance; optimize for engagement and reach
• Plan and execute brand initiatives, digital campaigns, and activations to grow Hyugalife’s online presence
• Ensure all communications reflect the brand voice, positioning, and identity consistently

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing and influencer management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and creator ecosystems
• Proven ability to deliver measurable results through social media campaigns and influencer collaborations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams is a plus
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
