• Job Summary:
• We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Influencer to build a strong online community and serve as the authentic voice of our brand. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content that resonates with your audience and aligns with our marketing goals. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller, has a proven track record of growing an engaged following, and understands how to leverage their influence to drive brand awareness and conversion.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy & Creation:
• Develop, film, edit, and publish a consistent stream of original content (including photos, stories, reels, videos, and live streams) across key platforms such as [e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook].
• Conceive and execute creative concepts that authentically integrate our products/services into your unique content style.
• Maintain a high standard of visual aesthetics and brand consistency across all content.
• Community Engagement & Growth:
• Actively foster a positive and engaged community by responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging in conversations.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow your follower base and increase engagement rates.
• Represent the brand at live events, pop-ups, or online webinars (if applicable).
• Brand Partnership & Collaboration:
• Work closely with our marketing team to align content with broader campaign initiatives and brand values.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide input on marketing campaigns from an influencer perspective.
• Adhere to FTC guidelines by properly disclosing sponsored partnerships (e.g., using ad, sponsored).
• Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor, track, and analyze content performance using native platform insights and other tools.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversion.
• Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and maximize ROI.
• Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience as a social media influencer with a demonstrably engaged and growing audience on [e.g., Instagram and/or TikTok are a must].
• A strong, cohesive, and high-quality content portfolio that showcases your unique voice and style.
• Excellent skills in content creation, including photography, videography, and video editing using apps like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithm best practices, and platform-specific features.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Professional, reliable, and responsive to communication.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the [Your Industry, e.g., beauty, fitness, gaming, home decor] niche.
• Experience with brand partnerships and an understanding of campaign metrics and KPIs.
