Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic social media influencer passionate about retail, technology, and storytelling. This role is designed for someone who can educate, inspire, and engage C-Store owners and shoppers while showcasing the power of MostEdge, WatchGuard Surveillance, and Loyalty360.

You’ll be the digital face and voice of MostEdge, bringing the brand to life through videos, stories, live sessions, and community-driven campaigns that increase awareness, loyalty participation, and shopper engagement.

Individual ASO: Accountability, Scope, and Outcomes

A – Accountability

The influencer is accountable for building awareness, trust, and engagement across all social channels by delivering content that drives measurable brand visibility and customer activation.

Primary Accountability Areas:

  • Create authentic, high-impact video and social content that educates and converts.
  • Grow the online audience and engagement rate through consistent storytelling.
  • Inspire C-Store owners and shoppers to adopt MostEdge technology.
  • Drive measurable conversions to Loyalty360 programs and demo requests.

S – Scope

The influencer will lead the full lifecycle of content creation—from idea to performance tracking—while collaborating closely with the Marketing, Edge Motion Studio, and Loyalty360 teams.

Scope Includes:

  • Researching trending C-Store topics and developing content calendars.
  • Filming and editing videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Featuring WatchGuard Surveillance, Loyalty360, and C-Store education themes.
  • Hosting interviews, live Q&As, and retail success-story features.
  • Managing engagement, comments, and community interaction.
  • Tracking performance metrics and providing monthly insights.

Scope Excludes:

  • Paid ad campaign management.
  • Product feature development or customer support functions.

O – Outcomes

Success in this role is measured through quantifiable social, educational, and conversion results.

Target Outcomes:

  • Awareness Growth: Achieve 100K+ combined reach within 6 months and 15% monthly engagement growth.
  • Education: Publish 2 educational/testimonial videos per week on WatchGuard, Loyalty360, or C-Store modernization.
  • Collaboration: Partner monthly with a retailer, shopper, or loyalty program leader for authentic storytelling.
  • Conversion Impact: Generate 1,000+ Loyalty360 shopper registrations from influencer campaigns.
  • Brand Voice: Maintain alignment with MostEdge’s tone—clear, smart, human, and purpose-driven.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Produce engaging short- and long-form videos about MostEdge solutions and real-world retail success stories.
  • Film and narrate day-in-the-life moments in convenience stores to highlight modernization, loyalty, and surveillance insights.
  • Develop series such as “C-Store Smart Tips,” “WatchGuard in Action,” and “Loyalty360 Rewards Spotlight.”
  • Ensure all content aligns with MostEdge branding and visual tone.

Brand Promotion

  • Amplify awareness of MostEdge core services: Pricing Management, Store360, WatchGuard Surveillance, and Loyalty360.
  • Represent MostEdge at retail events, digital summits, and influencer collaborations.
  • Showcase case studies and Edge Stories that demonstrate measurable impact for retailers.

Community Building

  • Engage followers through replies, DMs, comments, and live conversations.
  • Foster trust and community among C-Store operators, shoppers, and partners.
  • Encourage participation in MostEdge loyalty challenges and educational campaigns.

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor key metrics (views, reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams for data-driven optimization.
  • Produce a monthly “Retail Wins Powered by MostEdge” summary video.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a social media influencer, content creator, or educator.
  • Strong presence on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
  • Excellent communication, camera presence, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with convenience retail, fuel, or QSR environments preferred.
  • Ability to convert technology and analytics into relatable real-world stories.
  • Basic video editing and analytics skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).

  • Increased awareness and engagement across all MostEdge digital platforms.
  • Measurable growth in shopper loyalty and retailer participation in Loyalty360.
  • Consistent content delivery that aligns with the MostEdge mission:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,972.50 - ₹57,208.26 per month
