Job Title: Social Media Executive / Specialist / Inuencer Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-time Department: Marketing Job Summary We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to develop engaging, brand-aligned content for our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social trends, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to create platform-specic content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth. Key Responsibilities Plan, conceptualize, and create engaging content (videos, reels, GIFs, stories, graphics, photos, etc.) for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.). ¢ Use AI and other technologies to generate content Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging. ¢ ¢ Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities to integrate into content strategy. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints. ¢ ¢ Write compelling captions, hashtags, and post copy to maximize engagement. Shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos, including reels and behind-the- scenes content. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Monitor content performance, analyze insights, and recommend improvements for future posts. Engage with the community through comments, direct messages, and interactive content. Assist in planning content calendars and scheduling posts using social media management tools. Attend events, product launches, or shoots to gather live content.

Key Requirements ¢ ¢ ¢ Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related eld (preferred, not mandatory if experience is strong). 13 years of proven experience in creating content for social media platforms (portfolio required). Procient in design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Eects, CapCut, or equivalent. Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills. Excellent writing skills with attention to grammar and tone. Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms. Knowledge of latest trends on social media ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Creative mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills ¢ ¢ ¢ Experience in inuencer collaboration and content co-creation. Knowledge of paid social media advertising. Understanding of brand storytelling and campaign execution.
