Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Associate – Community Management to manage, nurture, and grow our online communities across multiple digital platforms. The role involves crafting compelling content, enhancing audience engagement, tracking community growth, and driving digital brand visibility. The ideal candidate should be a creative communicator with a strong understanding of audience behaviour and social trends.

Key Responsibilities1️ Content Creation & Management

  • Develop, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Monitor digital trends and audience behaviour to optimize content strategy for engagement and reach.

2️ Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Manage and enhance the brand’s presence across all social channels with consistent messaging.
  • Respond to comments, inquiries, and community activities promptly to foster meaningful engagement.
  • Design and execute interactive campaigns to grow followers, improve retention, and strengthen brand presence.

3️ Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze platform performance metrics to measure content success.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to improve reach and conversions.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and community growth dashboards.

4️ Collaboration & Campaign Support

  • Support marketing initiatives by aligning social media activities with organizational goals.
  • Assist in promoting and covering events, webinars, and campaigns in real-time.
  • Collect audience feedback to continuously improve digital experience and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media/community management, preferably in the EdTech sector.
  • Fluency in Malayalam & English (spoken and written).
  • Solid knowledge of content strategy, digital engagement techniques, and current trends.
  • Experience with social media management tools, content creation software, and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
