Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

• Develop creative social media strategies and campaigns to drive engagement and brand visibility

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms

• Monitor performance, analyze insights, and prepare reports on social media growth

• Research and implement the latest trends, hashtags, and best practices

• Work closely with the content and design teams for impactful posts and campaigns

• Manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

Skills & Requirements

• Proven 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Optimization/Management

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and algorithms

• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Google Analytics

• Content planning & calendar management

• Strong analytical, creative thinking, and communication skills

• Ability to increase organic reach, engagement, and follower base

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
