Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging social media content, managing brand interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting overall digital marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Create, curate, and post engaging content (text, image, video, and stories) across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on social platforms to achieve specific marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the creative and content teams for designing posts, reels, and videos.
  • Track performance metrics using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Support online brand reputation management and influencer collaborations.
  • Assist in content scheduling, audience growth, and campaign optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing apps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.
  • Understanding of influencer and community marketing strategies.
  • Prior work experience with government, CSR, or public awareness campaigns (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
