Leading computer Peripheral company requires Social Media Executive
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communications is mandatory.
5–6 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing (preferably in a managerial role).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, content strategy, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to convert ideas into effective marketing strategies.
Experience in managing multiple campaigns and handling external agencies.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with marketing objectives, product launches, and brand promotions.
Identify target audiences and develop content tailored to each platform.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing campaigns.
Content Management & Creativity
Oversee content creation, copywriting, and visual design in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
Approve creative briefs, campaign plans, and final outputs ensuring brand tone and quality standards are met.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging tools to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Team & Agency Coordination
Manage and coordinate with external digital marketing agencies, influencers, and creative partners.
Lead and mentor the in-house social media and creative team.
Monitor the performance of agency deliverables and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social media campaigns.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring high ROI on campaigns

Pay: ₹50,086.00 - ₹60,243.32 per month
