Job Description

Leading computer Peripheral company requires Social Media Executive

Desired Candidate Profile:

 MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communications is mandatory.

 5–6 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing (preferably in a managerial role).

 Strong understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, content strategy, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

 Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

 Creative thinker with the ability to convert ideas into effective marketing strategies.

 Experience in managing multiple campaigns and handling external agencies.

 Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

 Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

 Plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with marketing objectives, product launches, and brand promotions.

 Identify target audiences and develop content tailored to each platform.

 Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing campaigns.

Content Management & Creativity

 Oversee content creation, copywriting, and visual design in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.

 Approve creative briefs, campaign plans, and final outputs ensuring brand tone and quality standards are met.

 Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging tools to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

Team & Agency Coordination

 Manage and coordinate with external digital marketing agencies, influencers, and creative partners.

 Lead and mentor the in-house social media and creative team.

 Monitor the performance of agency deliverables and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

 Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social media campaigns.

 Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

 Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring high ROI on campaigns

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,086.00 - ₹60,243.32 per month
