Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) aligned with each brand.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Run and monitor social media ad campaigns to meet client goals.
• Manage SEO & SEM efforts to increase visibility and traffic.
• Engage with online communities by responding to comments, DMs, and reviews.
• Track analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media.
• Coordinate with the creative and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Non-negotiable.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Experience running paid ad campaigns.
• Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Adobe Cloud, and scheduling platforms.

Bonus Points

• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Knowledge of Global market and audience behaviour.
