Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy, including setting goals, identifying target audiences, and choosing relevant platforms. Content Creation and Management: Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with the brand's voice and target audience. Community Management: Engage with followers and customers on social media platforms, respond to comments and questions, and build relationships. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to measure campaign success. Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals. Staying Updated: Keep up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Budgeting and Expense Management: Manage social media marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other relevant stakeholders. Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor team members to achieve social media excellence. Presenting and Reporting: Present social media strategies and performance data to senior management.
