We’re building an iconic brand, and we need a Creative Strategist who can turn ideas into cultural currency and campaigns into conversions.


Job Summary

We are seeking a creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow SkinInspired’s digital presence. In this role, you will shape our social storytelling, drive engagement, and turn followers into loyal customers by creating impactful content and managing online communities. This position is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, skincare, and digital culture, with the ability to balance creativity and analytics.


Responsibilities


1.Content Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan, curate, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Ideate and create Reels, carousels, stories, and posts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

2.Brand Storytelling:

  • Translate product USP, scientific innovation, and sustainability values into compelling narratives.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual assets.

3.Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, festive seasons, and key brand milestones.
  • Work closely with the influencer marketing team to amplify campaigns and track performance.

4.Community Engagement:

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and queries promptly to build trust and loyalty.
  • Manage WhatsApp community updates and create retention-driven messaging.

6.Trendspotting:

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral content formats, and competitor activities.
  • Propose innovative ideas to keep SkinInspired relevant and aspirational.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of social media management (preferably in beauty, skincare, or D2C brands).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, content trends, and paid promotions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with creativity and agility.
