Social Media Executive

1. Social Media Management Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Monitor performance metrics and optimize posts based on analytics insights. Maintain consistent brand tone, voice, and aesthetic across all channels. 2. Content Creation Develop engaging and original content including posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and captions. Coordinate with the design and creative team to produce high-quality visuals. Support in brainstorming campaigns, content calendars, and new creative ideas. 3. PR Handling Assist in managing media relations and communication with journalists, bloggers, and PR agencies. Prepare press releases, announcements, and brand communication materials. Ensure timely responses and maintain positive brand representation in public discussions. 4. Influencer Marketing Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers relevant to the brand. Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, briefs, and deliverables. Track performance of influencer campaigns and prepare reports. 5. Audience Engagement & Comment Management Respond to comments, DMs, queries, and messages across platforms in a timely, brand-friendly manner. Monitor customer sentiment and escalate issues to relevant teams where necessary. Maintain healthy community engagement and improve follower interaction. 6. Reporting & Analytics Track weekly, monthly, and campaign-based performance metrics. Create and maintain reports on reach, engagement, leads, and growth. Provide insights for improving future strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools preferred). Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in PR and influencer marketing is a plus.
