Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai Company: Shras Lifestyle Private Limited (Scarlett Cosmetics) Salary: 2.0LPA to 3.0LPA Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through both on-field and remote activities. This role involves occasional field visits to meet clients, understand their needs, and build stronger partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Conduct client meetings and presentations both in-person and virtually to pitch products/services and close deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Visit client locations as needed to understand requirements, conduct meetings, and strengthen business relationships. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to create customized solutions for clients. Maintain and update CRM records for leads, prospects, and sales activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Participate in trade shows, events, and networking activities as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Willingness to travel and conduct field visits as necessary. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
