Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Copy Writing

• Write engaging

  Hindi captions, posts, and video descriptions

  for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Craft compelling

  scripts

  for Reels, Shorts, and other short-form content formats.
• Develop creative ideas that reflect

  PMC Hindi’s brand voice

  and connect with spiritual and wellness audiences.
• Create persuasive content to

  promote the PMC Hindi App

  and increase user engagement.

Shoot Coordination and Production

• Plan and coordinate

  shoots

  managing schedules.
• Work closely with the camera and editing team to ensure content quality and brand consistency.
• Contribute creative direction during video shoots.

Social Media Trends and Production

• Stay updated with

  latest platform trends, sounds, and formats

  .
• Apply

  SEO and tagging best practices

  for discoverability.
• Identify moments from long-form videos and

  repurpose them into short-form content.

Script Writing and Research

• Develop well-researched, creative

  scripts with strong hooks

  .
• Simplify complex spiritual concepts into

  relatable, meaningful stories

  .

Content Analysis

• Monitor analytics on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Suggest new ideas to improve

  engagement and reach.

Required Skills and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Media, Communication, or Journalism

• 2–3 years of experience

  in social media content creation or management.
• Excellent

  Hindi writing and storytelling

  skills.
• Good understanding of

  shoot execution and digital workflows.
