Work closely with editors and producers to ensure thumbnails match the emotional and content tone of each episode Manage multiple shows and campaigns simultaneously, maintaining quality while meeting tight deadlines. Execute AI-assisted graphic compositions, integrating tools like Runway ML, Mid journey, or similar for advanced design output. What are we looking for 3-4 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing. Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of 2D/3D animation ( Blender is a plus). Understanding of social media video formats and marketing trends. Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and video work. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines. Have prior experience with AI-powered motion design tools.
