Across TV, YouTube, OTT, and our mobile app, we inspire millions through guided meditations, healing workshops, lifestyle shows like Buddha Foods, and large-scale festivals like Maha Yog Dhyan Kumbh 2025. Our mission is simple yet powerful — to make meditation and conscious living a natural part of everyday life.

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer (MGD) who can design powerful, emotionally engaging visuals across both our broadcast channels and our digital-first app.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Animations

Create high-quality motion graphics, show openers, app promos, and explainer animations that elevate PMC Hindi’s TV shows, YouTube content, and PMC App modules (Meditate, Courses, Workshops, etc.).

App-Centric Design

Design app banners, course promos, meditation background visuals, and workshop trailers that drive subscriptions and in-app engagement.

Digital Promos & Social Media

Craft teasers, reels, and shorts optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp campaigns — cross-promoting PMC App content and new launches.

Brand Alignment

Ensure visual assets reflect PMC Hindi’s spiritual-scientific aesthetic — minimal, premium, yet deeply rooted in Indian culture.

AI-Enhanced Design

Use AI design tools (Runway ML, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to generate cosmic meditation visuals, futuristic course intros, and app promo animations.

Collaborative Creation

Work closely with producers, social media team, and the app content team to deliver thumbnails, transitions, and creatives that align with content goals and user journeys.

Project Management

Handle multiple projects daily (TV + Digital + App), ensuring fast delivery without compromising quality.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3–4 years in motion graphics design for digital-first platforms, YouTube, apps, or broadcast media.

Proficiency: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of Blender/C4D = big plus).

Social Media & App Savvy

Portfolio

Collaboration: Positive, adaptive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

AI Edge: Prior experience with AI-powered design is a bonus.
