Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage and schedule content using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust the strategy accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Collaborate with the content team to develop a unified brand voice and messaging across all channels.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a positive online reputation.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to write compelling copy and create eye-catching visuals.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in social media management tools and paid advertising on social media platforms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
