This role focuses entirely on office-based work with no field visits . Key Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound calls to communicate with potential buyers Gather data from internal and external sources and call prospective leads Evaluate and qualify leads based on telephonic conversations Ensure sales executives visit customers regularly and update follow-up status Coordinate with sales executives to establish direct contact with potential customers Invite customers for site visits, property tours, and real estate events Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries over the phone Participate in sales training sessions and improve soft skills Listen actively to understand customer requirements and match them with available properties Coordinate with other sellers and brokers over phone Update property inventory sheets daily and ensure all data is accurate and complete Requirements Proven experience as a tele caller, telesales representative, or customer service executive (0–2 years preferred) Excellent verbal communication and strong convincing skills Good listening ability and customer understanding Basic knowledge of real estate will be an added advantage Strong coordination and follow-up abilities Ability to maintain databases, trackers, and daily reports Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn Preferred Skills Experience in real estate calling or lead qualification Knowledge of CRM or lead management tools Ability to handle high-volume calling with professionalism Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,671.55 - ₹16,281.40 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Are you comfortable handling high-volume outbound and inbound calls daily?
