Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling client interactions, promoting property sales, conducting property visits, and closing deals efficiently. The ideal candidate should be proactive, persuasive, and well-versed with the real estate market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the promotion of property sales through advertisement media and listing platforms
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferred property options
  • Arrange and manage property visits for prospective buyers
  • Inspect properties to ensure all terms and conditions are met before closing the sale
  • Conduct market surveys to determine pricing of competing properties
  • Identify potential buyers/sellers in the market and secure brokering opportunities
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients to explore future business prospects
  • Attend real estate seminars, conferences, and events to enhance industry knowledge
  • Maintain the Unique Revisit Tracker to ensure effective client follow-ups
  • Meet prospects and present suitable real estate deals
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers
  • Source new properties and update the inventory sheets on a daily basis
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of real estate market trends and competitor pricing
  • Ability to conduct property visits and handle client meetings effectively
  • Strong follow-up skills and client relationship management
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
  • Ability to maintain trackers, reports, and daily inventory updates

Preferred Skills

  • Must have knowledge about Greater Faridabad and Real Estate Industry or property consulting
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Ability to generate leads and maintain long-term client relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,518.50 - ₹24,637.12 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
