Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, generating client leads, supporting agents, managing negotiations, and ensuring smooth execution of all real estate transactions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, guide, and help build a high-performing team of real estate agents
  • Generate leads for buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Manage, lead, train, and coach the sales team for consistent performance
  • Recruit new agents to expand the brokerage and increase sales volume
  • Assist in negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Respond to agent queries related to contracts, strategies, negotiations, and goal planning
  • Show properties to prospective buyers and renters
  • Conduct weekly training sessions (live or virtual) for agent development
  • Set individual sales targets and ensure target achievement.
  • Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other transaction documents
  • Hire support staff and plan/direct ongoing training for the sales team
  • Work with agents on sales scripts and client communication
  • Meet clients regularly to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Track, collect, and analyze sales data for reporting and forecasting
  • Ensure all team members have the tools and resources required to perform effectively
  • Stay updated on real estate industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities
  • Control expenses and monitor departmental budgets
  • Ensure coordinated post-deal support until agreement execution and timely release of brokerage
  • Update property inventory sheets and add new listings daily
  • Maintain discipline, ensure smooth team operations.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or team management
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team
  • Solid knowledge of real estate documentation, agreements, and negotiation processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills
  • Ability to train, mentor, and motivate agents
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, targets, and performance tracking
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market (Faridabad preferred)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven

Preferred Skills

  • Must have knowledge about Greater Faridabad and Real Estate industry or builder channel sales
  • Ability to manage high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Comfort with CRM tools, sales trackers, and lead management systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,518.50 - ₹30,637.12 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
