Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation & PPC Specialist with a proven background in real estate campaigns, especially commercial,residential and industrial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage high-performing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
  • Focus primarily on commercial real estate campaigns (office spaces, SCOs, retail, and industrial projects) residential projects as well.
  • Develop ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting strategies aligned with campaign goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to improve ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality lead flow.
  • Create performance reports with actionable insights for management and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to align ad messaging and landing pages.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and PPC trends in the real estate sector.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in lead generation via PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Must have hands-on experience in commercial as well as residential real estate campaigns (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of CPL optimization, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in landing page optimization and CRM lead integration.
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Creative approach to ad copy and visual communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹39,642.23 - ₹49,509.08 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
