Job Description

LBM Solutions is looking for a talented Social Media Executive who can handle our digital presence and also understand Blockchain, Web3, and crypto-related content. If you’re someone who knows how to turn complex tech into engaging, easy-to-understand posts this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.)
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos related to Blockchain, Web3, crypto, and tech
Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies
Monitor analytics and optimize content for better engagement and reach
Respond to comments/messages and manage community interaction
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers
Stay updated with crypto market trends, Blockchain news, and digital innovations
Manage paid marketing campaigns (preferred)

Required Skills:

1–3 years of experience in social media management
Understanding of Blockchain, Web3, NFTs, and crypto terminology
Strong communication and creative writing skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging content
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, analytics tools, etc.
Experience with IT or fintech-based content is a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,909.62 - ₹36,339.29 per month
