Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving audience growth across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content (images, videos, graphics, and captions).
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to optimize performance.
• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimize ad performance.
• Stay updated on new features and algorithm changes across social platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
