The company is led by experienced US-based professional pharmacy graduates and is technically supported by a senior retired FDA official.

Job Description

We are looking for a person responsible for managing a company's social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness. Develop and implement social media strategies, monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and analyze campaign performance. Additionally, they collaborate with other teams, stay updated on trends, and optimize content for maximum visibility.

Experience

2- 3 years

Education

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Creating and executing social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Content Creation: Developing engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Content Scheduling and Publishing: Managing the posting schedule and publishing content across various social media platforms.
• Community Engagement: Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online community.
• Performance Analysis: Monitoring social media metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Trend Monitoring: Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Collaboration: Working with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
• Reporting: Generating reports on social media performance and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
