Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation, campaign execution, and paid media advertising including Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This role requires both strategic thinking and executional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, trends, and brand mentions
  • Respond to queries and messages in a timely and brand-aligned manner
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and product launches

Campaign Execution & Paid Media:

  • Plan, set up, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics like CPC, CTR, impressions, reach, conversions, and ROAS
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to create ad creatives and copy
  • A/B test creatives and target segments for performance optimization

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics to track performance
  • Share weekly/monthly reports on social media growth, engagement, and campaign ROI
  • Recommend strategy improvements based on analytics and insights

Brand Development:

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates
  • Maintain visual consistency and tone of voice in line with brand guidelines
  • Suggest new ideas for content series, influencer collaboration, or engagement tactics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media and paid campaigns
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Creator Studio)
  • Strong copywriting, content planning, and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus
