Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and photographers to develop visually appealing and
high-quality posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
- Coordinate with videographers and photographers, align the schedule/calendar for shoots, and
ensure content planning is done on a monthly basis.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments/messages, and build community
engagement.
- Execute paid advertising campaigns including audience research, targeting, and ad optimization.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients.
- Research latest trends, tools, and competitor activities to suggest innovative ideas.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as account managers and marketing strategists to align
campaigns with client goals.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and client pitches.
- Ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are maintained consistently across all platforms.
- Support reputation management by addressing online queries, reviews, or complaints promptly.
- Other duties as assigned.
